VA Loans: They're Not the Spawn of Satan!
Sellers are not required to pay additional fees when a buyer is getting a VA loan. I promise!
New conforming loan limits have been announced for 2023. In most of the United States, the limit will be $726,200. This is a 12% increase from 2022's limit of $647,200.
We will begin originating the new limits immediately.
The High Balance limit in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties (Washington) will be $977,500. However, new'ish price adds make high balance loans very expensive for borrowers who are not first time home buyers.
FHA limits have not been announced yet.
And VA has no maximum loan limit. Woo-hoo!
