We believe in giving back. We are blessed beyond measure and wildly grateful. We enjoy sharing our time and resources to support the communities in which we live and serve.

We believe in doing the right thing. Always. If a customer would be better served with another loan product that we don’t offer, we’re happy to refer them elsewhere - even if it means we don’t benefit directly.
We believe in teamwork. Working as a team enables us to help more families, without sacrificing customer service, while continuing to have a personal life and spend time with our families.
We believe in playing fair. We’ve worked hard to foster great relationships with other lenders and the larger real estate community. We believe there is plenty of work to go around and if we all play nice, we all win. We celebrate others’ success as well as our own.
We believe housing is a good investment. It doesn’t matter whether interest rates are 4% or 6% or it’s a buyer’s market or a seller’s market. We believe that owning real estate creates wealth, stability, and community.
We believe in education. Mortgage loans are one of the biggest investments most people will ever make. We believe in preparing our customers and referral partners - whether you use us for your home loan or not. We enthusiastically share our knowledge.
We believe in putting the customer first. Sometimes that means working on a Saturday afternoon when we’d rather be hiking. It also means investing in technology and continuously revising our processes to make sure the customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do.
We believe in learning everything we can about our craft. We will never stop learning. We spend countless hours reading books, attending classes and seminars, and researching guidelines. We want to be the best we can be at what we do, and we believe we can always be better! We strive for continuous improvement.

We believe in caring for our customers for the entire term of their mortgage - and beyond. We frequently help customers replace lost tax paperwork, change automatic payment instructions, and confirm that property taxes are paid properly. We enjoy keeping in touch with customers long after their loan closes.
